Lucky International English Center (LIEC) belongs to the LearnOn Education Group, which was founded in January 2001. LearnOn Education Group is a comprehensive education institution which centers on both language education and skills training, offering four comprehensive training programs including practical English, Japanese, vocational skills training, and business management training to facilitate the achievement of higher professional qualifications. Currently LIEC consists of 5 centers located in Tianjin and 1 center in Dalian.
